Available in three custom-designed models, each String Cleaner uses snag-free, washable microfibre pads and a hinged book-style design to apply even pressure across all string sizes—cleaning all strings simultaneously in 360 degrees from nut to bridge.

Unlike standard cloth wipes that miss the underside of the strings, the D’Andrea String Cleaner removes sweat, grime, and oils from all angles—extending string life, preserving tone, and maintaining tuning stability. The bevelled base glides smoothly along the fingerboard, while the bass model features extended pads to clean the fingerboard during use. For stringed orchestral instruments, the Violin/Viola model is specially contoured to clean concave fingerboards and remove rosin build-up.
